Special Notice
Due to odd mail delivery problems, I ask you to do these steps
1. Use PayPal whenever possible first, if you can.
(Notice of 18 Oct 2004) When you do use PayPal, please put "SAMPUBCO" in "Subject" box,
the reason is that PayPal made some changes that make it hard to determine
real or fake messages due to no messages in the PayPal notification messages I receive.

2. if sending by regular mail, please email me that your order is on way to me. It takes a minimum of 3 days to 5 days to reach me. If from out of country (Canada takes 3 days or so), allow for as much as 7 days. I will keep track of incoming orders to ensure none are missing. If an order has not arrived after allowed time, I will notify you and the US Postal Inspectors of missing letters.
3. If you already mailed an order and check had NOT been cashed, please notify me to
determine if order is missing or not.
Reason?
Some orders never reached me. A few letters were caught and
re-routed back to me with the message "Return to Sender" written on the letters and no US Postal Service
stamp on it. If the envelope was returned to you, please save the envelope and scan it to send to me to show the postal service inspectors.
additional information
The Homeland Security alerts and the bad weather does affect the mail system.
These incidents add 1 or 2 extra days to usual 3-5 day-time to deliver mail. I check the postmarks.
