What do you get from ordering?
1. Straightening the page
2. Crop out excess empty space
3. Resize from oversize
4. Improve contrast if necessary
5. Then the pages are zipped to be sent OR are printed.
6. If PDF is request, the images are incorporated into PDF and sent by email notice.
(What is PDF, anyway? It is a booklet of few pages.)

There are different ways to send order form to SAMPUBCO.

1. Print out order form. Do any one of these steps:

Option A: Get your smartphone out, take a photo of filled order. Send by email attachment, (see the paper clip to dsam52 at sampubco.com

Option B: Use scanner, save as PDF or jpg, send order form by email attachment to dsam52 at sampubco.com

Option C: Save the order form (in .txt) in your computer, go to notepad, wordpad or whatever that will open as text format.
Fill in and save. Send by email attachment to dsam52 at sampubco.com

3. RTF (rich text format) forms can not be accepted due to different codes used in different programs.

A serious problem is showing up on the filled order forms. "County of Record" is frequently omitted.
It is absolutely needed to be listed on the form as required. The "County of Record" is always listed at top of the index list pages.

Certain records are marked with 3 or 4 asterisks.
3 asterisks (***) are 21-40 pages long.
4 asterisks (****) are 41 or more - can be as many as 500 pages long.
Very strong recommended - use Scanned Images to order these ones due to very costly printing.
